Core Operational Responsibilities Execute daily access management operations across approximately 80 Ameriprise Bank applications Perform daily retrieval validation and reconciliation of user data from 52 external vendor systems Create modify and remove user accounts in accordance with approved access requests and documented procedures Perform expedited password resets to support business continuity and incident response Ensure all activities meet audit compliance and control requirements Maintain and update process and procedural documentation clearly communicating changes and expectations Create and maintain integration and operational documentation for internally developed tools Identify operational gaps inefficiencies or control weaknesses and take personal ownership in recommending and driving improvements Knowledge Experience & Success Characteristics Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational IAM security or IT support role Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize daily operational tasks and meet deadlines without constant direction Strong sense of personal accountability for accuracy completeness and audit readiness of work products Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly for procedural documentation stakeholder updates and audit support Experience documenting operational processes using BPMN 2.0 Working knowledge of ITSM processes and operational support models Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Access Excel SharePoint Power Automate and Power Applications PowerShell Python Experience working with ServiceNow in an operational or ITSM capacity.
