What Youll Do:
The Vice President of Enterprise Sales is a dynamic and strategic sales executive who thrives in complex environments and excels at building relationships with senior-level executives. This role represents Cecelia Health with excellence across our partner ecosystem and in the broad healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and solving customer challenges with integrity drive and a consultative mindset.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities that align with Cecelia Healths mission and capabilities
Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure within target enterprise accounts
Collaborate closely with strategic partners health plans and PBMs to develop market strategies and co-sell opportunities
Take a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand relationships and maximize revenue within key enterprise clients
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by staying informed on industry trends regulatory changes and emerging healthcare technologies
Leverage data and analytics to inform sales strategies forecast performance and identify new growth opportunities
Represent Cecelia Health at industry conferences and events building brand awareness and cultivating new business relationships
Drive cross-functional alignment between sales marketing product and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience
Partner cross-functionally across all levels of the organization reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
Requirements and Experience:
7 years of strategic selling experience ideally in health or benefits solutions with proven success selling health and benefits solutions to self-insured employers
Deep understanding of the benefits landscape and experience engaging senior executives in HR Benefits and Finance
Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently and effectively
Exceptional communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Experience in an emerging-growth or startup environment is a plus
Bachelors degree required
Must reside in the US
