Overview
We are looking for an experienced Highway Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in highway design and project delivery. Experience working on UK transportation/highway projects is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capability proficiency in Civil 3D or OpenRoads and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Your role
- Demonstrates strong technical expertise in highway engineering with clear effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Leads technical discussions provides mentorship to junior staff and maintains high professional and ethical standards.
- Prepares detailed highway designs drawings and technical documentation in line with required standards and client expectations.
- Ensures timely accurate and qualitycompliant deliverables while managing tasks efficiently and proactively.
- Contributes to design reviews provides technical oversight and supports consistent technical governance across projects.
