Job Summary
Internship Description
We are seeking dynamic and eager-to-learn Rooms Operations Interns to gain hands- on experience in key operational areas of our resort. This internship will primarily focus on the key rooms operations departments of the resort including guest services and housekeeping. Additionally interns will have the opportunity to spend time in any other department that interests them allowing for exposure to various aspects of the resort business.
All interns will also attend classes taught by resort executive leadership in order to learn more about our hotel operations as well as how to develop themselves as leaders.
- In these classes interns will learn about how the resort functions learning lessons in budgeting crafting a perfect guest experience and leading a hardworking team.
- All interns have the opportunity to work in other departments not in their rotation based on their personal career interest. Interns will learn about these departments in their class such as food and beverage human resources event planning sales etc.
- Classes and rotations will grant interns a manager perspective of operations.
Interns will get to learn about leadership and the responsibilities that come with it.
Outline
Hourly rate: $15/hour - 40 hours per week
Official internship starting May 18th- August 14th 2026 (Flexible)
