WisEngineering is currently evaluating candidates for an anticipatedcontract award supporting the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). While these positions are not immediate we are proactively building a pipeline of qualified professionals who are interested in both current and future career opportunities at Fort Sill OK with one position possibly located at Fort Hood.
Please note that U.S. Citizenship is required for all roles and these positions require 100% on-site support. Active Secret Clearance Required.
Audio Visual Specialist
GSA LCAT Equivalent: PC Support Specialist
Location: Fort Sill OK
Role Summary: Provides daily on-site operational and sustainment support for installed FCoE classroom audiovisual equipment including hardware software and TEAMS video conferencing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly preventative maintenance (cleaning projectors changing filters/lamps).
Identify troubleshoot and resolve classroom equipment issues within 4 hours.
Maintain proper accountability of repair parts and equipment shelf stock.
Coordinate with customers for AV setup at ceremonies presentations and conferences.
Manage the audiovisual loaner program and provide user training on system operations.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
Security: Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
Education: Bachelors Degree (or Associates with 3 years of related experience).
Experience: 3 years of technically related field experience in providing audio visual support.
Certification: Must possess InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology (CTS preferred).
Training: Basic Crestron AMX Biamp and Extron training required within 120 days of award.
Physical: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and climb/work at heights of 20 feet.
