As a Physical Therapist on this assignment you will conduct comprehensive assessments design and implement individualized treatment plans perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises and guide gait balance and functional training to restore independence. Youll monitor progress document outcomes and adjust plans as needed while aligning with physicians and care teams to ensure safe discharge and optimal function.
