What Youll Do:

• Evaluate treat and develop individualized care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality evidence-based outpatient therapy services
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with patients families physicians and payors
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment
• Complete required training and maintain clinical competencies

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active or eligible PT license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• A commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
