Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patients physical abilities and limitations - Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility strength and range of motion - Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities such as manual therapy exercise and equipment to help patients reach their goals - Monitor and track progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans - Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in an outpatient setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life We offer competitive salary and benefits including medical dental and vision insurance paid time off and professional development opportunities.
