As a Physical Therapist at Progeny HR Solutions LLC you will be responsible for evaluating planning and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine patients needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patients physical function and mobility - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home - Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations Qualifications: - Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - CPR certification - Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred We offer a competitive salary comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
