Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications and Marketing this position is responsible for managing the production of large-scale complex digital communications for high-level university clients to engage numerous constituents. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Serves as content expert creating editing organizing and updating content for RutgersNew Brunswick and RBHS chancellor-level websites including and and other digital communication platforms. Leads assigned projects with internal stakeholders providing feedback and a client-based relationship to ensure deliverables are met for projects. Serves as the account manager for multiple projects for complex detailed websites. Serves as the liaison to other teams within the department to provide expertise and guidance on digital best practices for projects initiated by both internal and external stakeholders. Handles training units on Drupal and email marketing platforms.
