Job Summary

As a ServiceNow SecOps Consultant you will:
  • Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
  • Develop and customize workflows scripts and platform features to enhance and automate business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into high-level architectural solutions and technical designs.
  • Build scalable and maintainable solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless integration using web services and APIs such as SOAP REST WSDL and XML.
  • Contribute to design development testing and deployment of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  • Solve complex problems in a dynamic Agile environment while maintaining a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 810 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
  • 35 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
  • Strong experience with web technologies such as JavaScript (ES5) HTML CSS/SCSS and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or React is a plus.
  • Good understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and software application architecture.
  • Familiarity with data structures algorithms object-oriented design and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality reusable code and scalable applications.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead or support small project teams and guide technical development activities.
  • Ensure performance scalability and reliability in ServiceNow implementations.
  • Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage tasks efficiently in fast-paced and agile project environments.
