Job Summary
As a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant you will:
- Analyze business requirements related to HR master data organizational structures employee lifecycle events and workforce administration.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) based on business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather document and validate functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design documents.
- Support implementations enhancements releases and production support activities for SF EC.
- Configure and maintain Foundation Objects Generic Objects MDF Objects Business Rules and Workflows.
- Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Picklists and Event Reason Derivation.
- Ensure data accuracy system stability and adherence to best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC).
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SF EC solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including employee data management organizational structures and lifecycle events.
- Hands-on experience with Foundation Objects Generic Objects MDF Objects Business Rules Workflows Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Picklists and Event Reason Derivation.
- Experience working in global or cross-functional environments preferably in a consulting setup.
