Job Summary

As a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant you will:
  • Analyze business requirements related to HR master data organizational structures employee lifecycle events and workforce administration.
  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather document and validate functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design documents.
  • Support implementations enhancements releases and production support activities for SF EC.
  • Configure and maintain Foundation Objects Generic Objects MDF Objects Business Rules and Workflows.
  • Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Picklists and Event Reason Derivation.
  • Ensure data accuracy system stability and adherence to best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 10 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC).
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SF EC solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including employee data management organizational structures and lifecycle events.
  • Hands-on experience with Foundation Objects Generic Objects MDF Objects Business Rules Workflows Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Picklists and Event Reason Derivation.
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional environments preferably in a consulting setup.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and follow best practices.
