As aSolutionCenterSpecialistIWMS you will beresponsible for delivering andmaintainingan excellent best-practice IWMS environmentand related willmaintainthe best-practice configuration (PlanonAccelerator)own therelated knowledge base domains and ensure up-to-date sales & service readiness materials to support a smooth sales and implementation of our our services teams andpartnersyou are the go-to person for third line product questions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams includingproduct management solutionstrategistsand solutioncenterspecialists for otherPlanonsolutionsto deliverahigh-qualityAcceleratorthat supportsoperational excellence withincorporate and public real estateenvironments.
Youllbe part of a dynamic and collaborative team ofspecialists product managers andmarketers all working together to achieve shared goals.
You successfully fulfill your role by:
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage thebest-practice Accelerator configuration ensuringa singlesourceof truth used for efficient implementations at customers.
- Own the relevant IWMS domains in our Knowledge Base to ensure actual and accurate information about the solution configuration and implementation.
- Answer third line solution questions of services teams and implementation partners while expanding our knowledge bases as source.
- Validate and verify delivered features to ensure high quality and customer value.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with globalservicesteamsand implementation partners to ensurea best-practice configuration as a starting point for implementations.
- Work closely withyour peers to ensure an aligned delivery of Accelerators and Sales & Services Readiness materials.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in Planon Support or Implementation and a clear overview of the four functional domains of IWMS.
Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree inFacility Management Maintenance ManagementReal EstateManagementor IT.
- 35years of experienceinimplementation or support ofPlanonIWMS or related systemswith experience inone or moredomains of Asset & Maintenance BIM Space Management and Energy & Sustainability Management.
- Strong communicationskillsin writing andspoken wordwithexcellent command of English for global collaboration.
- Ability to work in a structured way set priorities andmanageoperationalpressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afastpacedenvironmentwhere ad-hoc answers go along with building andmaintainingalong termknowledge base structure.
