Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Solution Architect
Experience: 10 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Role Type: Customer-Facing Enterprise SaaS / Digital Transformation

Role Context:

We are seeking a senior Technical Solution Architect who will serve as a customer-facing technical leader owning the end-to-end architecture for solutions built on the Innovative platform.

Core Purpose:

Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical architectures
Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations and cloud-native solutions
Ensure high performance reliability and security across all solution components

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP IBM Maximo and Oracle EAM
Define and implement APIs microservices architecture and event-driven solutions
Establish security frameworks including OAuth SAML and identity/access management
Lead architecture discussions workshops and solutioning sessions with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders
Collaborate with product engineering and delivery teams to ensure alignment with architecture standards
Drive best practices in scalability performance optimization and system reliability
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecyclefrom design to deployment

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and system integration
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
Deep understanding of API design microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP IBM Maximo or Oracle EAM
Strong knowledge of security protocols (OAuth SAML JWT etc.)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programs
TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
Exposure to mobile-first or industrial solutions (preferred for Innovative context)
Proven ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
