Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cosmetics R and amp;D Specialist and nbsp;who will be responsible for developing testing and improving cosmetic formulations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product development ingredient research and regulatory compliance within the beauty and personal care industry.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
Lead end-to-end development of new cosmetic productsfrom concept and formulation to trials and final commercialization.
Formulation and amp; Innovation:
Develop and optimize formulations for skincare haircare and personal care products ensuring performance stability and safety.
Ingredient Research :
Stay updated with the latest ingredients technologies and global trends to introduce innovative product ideas.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all products meet defined quality standards stability parameters and performance benchmarks.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure formulations comply with applicable regulatory guidelines and standards.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate closely with Marketing Production Procurement and Design teams for successful product launches.
Testing and amp; Validation:
Conduct stability testing compatibility testing and product validation before commercialization.
Market and amp; Competitor Analysis:
Analyze competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Key Requirements:
Ø and nbsp;Educational Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Cosmetic Science Chemistry Pharmacy or a related field.
Ø and nbsp;Experience:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in cosmetics R and amp;D formulation and product development.
Ø and nbsp;Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients formulation techniques and stability testing.
Ø and nbsp;Regulatory Expertise:
Knowledge of cosmetic regulations safety standards and documentation processes.
