The Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of Ohios most successful savings bank clients to recruit a new Branch Manager at their Greenville Ohio location. Our client is quickly approaching the $200MM mark and is poised for additional growth and expansion with a very clear focus on customer service across all business units. Were looking for an individual with strong retail consumer and mortgage lending experience with proven leadership and coaching skills to take Retail Banking to the next level. This individual must have a professional history with a wide range of knowledge in all facets of retail banking branch leadership compliance consumer lending and financial management experience to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
