cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in San Angelo TX. This role offers competitive pay weekly compensation and Sign on bonus

Location: San Angelo TX

Compensation: $50 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:7am -7pm or 4hr shift 7am -11am or 3pm -7pm (40 hours a week)

Contract length: 6 months (High likelihood of extension)

Key responsibilities:

Administers medications immunizations and treatment and observes individuals for unusual symptoms and reactions.
Conducts physical assessments of individual health needs and implements appropriate action.
Implements and monitors acute care plans and manages chronic healthcare plans.
Instructs and assists individuals in meeting their health care needs.
Prepares maintains and reviews individual records and individual assessments.
May participate in quality assurance reviews.
Complies with all State/Federal/Local standards; Facility Policy ICF Standards and Texas Nurse Practice Act.
Manages individuals medical record (paper chart/EHR).
Attends work on a regular basis and maybe required to work a specific shift schedule or at times even a rotating schedule extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
RN License
CPR/BLS
