Job Summary
Location: BGC Taguig
Availability: ASAP
Local Operations Supervisor (Individual Contributor)
Key Responsibilities:* Team Leadership & Performance: Manage daily shifts and training for the operations team ensuring all KPIs (e.g. turnaround time and accuracy) are consistently met or exceeded.
* Process Optimization: Monitor operational data to identify bottlenecks or risks driving cross-functional improvements with Product and Tech teams to enhance automation and efficiency.
* Compliance & Incident Management: Ensure all activities align with local financial regulations (e.g. BSP) and act as the primary point of contact for resolving critical system issues or escalated customer cases.
