Team Leader – Operations Support

Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Team Leader Operations Support to lead a crossfunctional team providing daytoday operational support across multiple business functions including Marketing Service Support and Finance.
This is a handson leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to delivery while also coaching and developing people. Youll work closely with functional leads and stakeholders to ensure work is accurate timely and consistently delivered to a high standard.
What youll be doing
Team leadership and delivery
- Act as the main point of coordination for tasks requests and escalations across supported functions
- Allocate work manage schedules and ensure service levels deadlines and quality standards are met
- Provide daytoday guidance and support to team members including process clarification and issue resolution
- Lead daily huddles regular check-ins and stakeholder updates
- Proactively identify risks or delays and escalate with clear practical recommendations
Coaching quality and performance
- Monitor performance against quality productivity and compliance expectations
- Conduct regular coaching conversations performance check-ins and scorecard reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation including feedback records and performance reports
- Support upskilling crosstraining and calibration activities
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans where required
Training and onboarding
- Support onboarding and training activities including shadowing roleplays and transitiontoproduction support
- Partner with trainers and functional leads to ensure new starters are well prepared
- Conduct 306090 day performance reviews and provide structured feedback
Operational and administrative support
- Assist with attendance scheduling timekeeping and payrelated queries
- Prepare incident reports and support consequence management processes in partnership with HR
- Maintain accurate records in line with policy and audit requirements
What were looking for
- Experience leading or coordinating teams in an operational or shared services environment
- Strong capability managing workflows priorities and service delivery across multiple functions
- Experience using reports and operational data to monitor performance and identify improvements
- Confidence coaching team members and managing performance conversations
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel Outlook and Teams
- A calm peoplefocused leader with a practical solutionsoriented approach
