Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations preferably with a background in hardware construction supplies or building materials. The role ensures efficient inventory management proper storage and timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving storing and dispatching items
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
- Implement proper handling and storage procedures especially for hardware materials
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness organization and safety standards within the warehouse
- Train guide and evaluate warehouse staff
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least college level or graduate of any related course
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in hardware construction supplies or building materials is an advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site and handle physical tasks when needed
