DescriptionJob Duties
- Manages department personnel in repair and maintenance activities relating to the overall operation of the complex.
- Assists with the administration and coordination of construction and renovation projects as needed.
- Develops and implements formal preventative maintenance (PM) programs for the building systems.
- Develops inventory control practices and procedures and develops cost saving methods of developing and maintaining par levels of equipment and supplies.
- Participates in selection training scheduling and equitable treatment of engineering employees.
- Ensures direct reports follow Family Style Service.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Starting Rate $77000. - $82000.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experienced preferred
- Minimum of five years experience in the engineering area with working knowledge of codes electrical fire etc.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have extensive computer knowledge.
- Must possess a valid New Jersey drivers license.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations as well as company internal controls policies and procedures.
CER license is required
