Job Title:IT Recruitment Intern (Global) Location:Pune Mode of Work:Pune India (Remote) Shift:5PM TO 2AM IST (As per hiring region (US/EMEA/APAC/LATAM)) Stipend:15000/-per month About Role: We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and manage hiring across multiple geographies including the US EMEA APAC and LATAM regions. This role requires expertise in sourcing screening and hiring top talent while navigating international labour laws and visa regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment and be able to work effectively across different time zones.

Overall Responsibilities - Support the US IT recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screen resumes based on technical requirements and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Understand and work on US staffing requirements including W2 C2C and 1099 roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across US time zones.
- Maintain candidate trackers ATS updates and recruitment documentation.
- Learn and apply knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B OPT CPT GC USC etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for ongoing requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift).
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and Outlook.
- Organized detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- 01 year of experience in recruitment/HR (internships included).
- MBA in HR (Mandatory).
