Employee Performance Rewards Design

  • Design performance-based reward structures for channel employees and planning sub-team.
  • Formulate incentive schemes recognition programs and compensation adjustments aligned with AOP targets and individual contributions.
  • Recommend employee bonus allocations and non-monetary rewards to drive high performance and retention.

Market Intelligence

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends market conditions and competitors
  • Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
