Overview
This position sits within our Product Development division which develops tests and improves our software solutions in an innovative and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
ConstructConnect is creating this role tocentrally own and accelerate GTM AI engineering operating GTM AI as astrategic company capability not a side project.
You will:
- Be theprimary technical bridgebetween GTM GTM Systems Product/Development and IT.
- Own and execute against a single GTM AI roadmap from idea to shipped measured solutions.
- BuildLLM- and agent-powered workflowsdirectly into Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems (Zuora HubSpotPlanhatEverstage etc.).
- Leverage tools likeGlean agents in Salesforceand other LLM platforms to remove manual work and unlock new GTM capabilities.
This is a highly visible crossfunctional role for a senior engineer who wants toship production codethat movesproductivity revenue and customer experiencemetrics not just prototypes.
Responsibilities
WhatYoullBe Doing
Build AIPowered GTM Workflows
Design implement andmaintainAI- and automation-driven workflowsin and around Salesforce (Apex Flows Platform Events) and other GTM platforms.
EmbedLLM agents and automationsinto GTM user journeys (e.g. account research quote creation approvals renewal workflows lead routing compensation insights).
Buildbackend services and integrations(Python APIs webhooks) that orchestrate data and context across Salesforce Zuora HubSpotPlanhatEverstageRingLead and other GTM tools.
Own GTM AI Engineering & Integrations
- Translate business problems from GTM leaders intoclear technical designs: data contracts integration patterns sequence diagrams error handling observability.
- Implementsecure resilient integrationsbetween our GTM stack and AI platforms (e.g. Glean LLM APIs internal services) following our security and governance patterns.
- Standardize how we build GTM AI solutions: shared libraries reusable flows common telemetry and documentation so others can extend your patterns.
Roadmap & Initiative Lifecycle
- Partner with GTM Systems and GTM leaders toprioritize engineering work: scope MVPs estimate effort and stack-rank ideas by impact .
- Own initiatives fromdiscovery POC pilot scale including quality gates performance and technical readiness for broad rollout.
- Ensure each initiative hasclear owners milestones monitoring and exit criteriabefore we call it shipped.
Reliability Security & Governance
- Build solutions that respectdata minimization permission models and auditabilityacross Salesforce and integrated GTM tools.
- Collaborate with central AI governance Security and GTM Systems toalign onguardrails logging and change managementfor AIpowered workflows.
- Instrumentusage latency error rates and business impact metricsfor each solution so we can continuously tune and prove value.
Enablement & Change Management Support
- Partner with Sales Enablement Academy and GTM Programs onrollout plans training materials and how to use this guidesfor new AI tools.
- Help captureplaybooks and success storiesso GTM teams know what good looks like and how to adopt new workflows into their daytoday.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
Required Experience
- 7 yearsin software engineering or platform engineering roles building production systems (backend application or platform) with a meaningfulSalesforce or GTM systemscomponent.
- Strong experience withSalesforce(Apex Flows platform integrations)orequivalent GTM engineering on tools like HubSpot GainsightPlanhat or similar with a willingness to go deep on Salesforce here.
- Proficiencyin at least onegeneral-purpose programming language(e.g. Python TypeScript/JavaScript C# or Java) and comfort working withREST/GraphQLAPIs webhooks and event-driven patterns.
- Demonstrated ability todesign build andoperateautomationsand data workflows that handle real production traffic and edge cases not just prototypes.
- Experience working crossfunctionally withRevOps Sales CS or Marketingpartners to understand processes and ship solutions that stick.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience integrating withmultiple GTM platforms such as:
- Salesforce(core CRM approvals messaging custom objects)
- Zuora(billing and subscription management)
- HubSpotandChili Piper(inbound and routing)
- Planhatand/orGainsight(customer success platforms)
- Everstage(compensation dashboards inside Salesforce)
- RingLeador other data quality tools
- Practical experience withLLMs and agents(e.g. using Glean agents building prompt/response workflows or integrating with OpenAI/Claude-style APIs in production).
- Familiarity withAI workflow and orchestrationpatterns (retrievalaugmented generation tools/agents safety and guardrails evaluation/monitoring).
- Background inrevopsengineering sales operations tech or GTM analyticsis a plus but notrequired
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting telephone communication and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity isto perform activities close to the eyes.
- Team members are expected tomaintaina dedicated and ergonomicallyappropriate remoteworkspace.
- Team members who live within commuting distance of one of our office locations (Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity with regular in-office presence asdeterminedby the team or department.
- Team members who live outside of commuting distance will bedesignatedas remote team members. While notto report to an office regularly remote team members may be expected to travel to a designated office location occasionally for team meetings training or other business needs with reasonable notice.
