KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand customer requirements and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Design wiring harnesses including 3D routing 2D drawings and schematic diagrams for various automotive systems.
Create and maintain component libraries and ensure compliance with wiring standards.
Select appropriate components of wiring harness as per automotive standards and domain knowledge (wires connectors terminals seals fuses relays insulation retention items).
Prepare and manage installation assemblies drawing & bracket designs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project workflow.
Handle customer and onsite engineer meetings for project status feedback and future work opportunities.
Hands-on experience with Creo Capital Harness XC Capital Library Windchill (PDM).
Strong knowledge of automotive wiring standards and product design.
b. Leadership & Project Management:
Maintain quality of project deliverables as per customer requirements.
Monitor project status.
Drive process improvements and explore automation opportunities.
Ensure team utilization.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and generate new business opportunities.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication presentation and team management skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
