Job Summary

DESCRIPTION:-
We are seeking a Senior QA Testing & Automation Consultant to support a major modernization program. This role sits within the UAT team and focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery across User Acceptance Testing requirements validation change management and cutover activities. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to validate solutions and enhance testing automation practices.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across the modernization program lifecycle
- Design develop and execute automated and manual test cases aligned to business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure traceability to test scenarios
- Manage and assess change requests ensuring appropriate testing coverage and impact analysis
- Support cutover planning and execution ensuring readiness for production deployment
Requirements
Key Requirements:-
- 8 years of experience in QA Testing
- UAT (Manual & Automated Testing) expertise
- Hands-on experience with Automation Tools
- Proven experience in UAT QA testing and test automation within complex programs
- Strong understanding of business analysis skills requirements gathering and validation processes
- Experience working in financial services ideally within banking or payments environments
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress or similar frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams
- Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation programs
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g. JIRA ALM TestRail)
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with data validation and integration testing
- Understanding of release management and cutover strategies
Required Skills:
