About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer (9 years experience) with strong expertise in automation Agentforce testing and Salesforce platform validation. This role involves ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce applications including Lightning components Apex and integrations while maintaining robust testing practices across functional automation security and accessibility domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute test strategies and test plans for Salesforce applications
  
• Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce platform components
  
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Karate and Selenium
  
• Validate Salesforce custom applications Lightning components and Apex logic
  
• Perform Agentforce testing and validation to ensure business process accuracy
  
• Conduct API testing (RESTful services) and integration validation
  
• Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance standards
  
• Execute security testing aligned with best practices
  
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
  
• Collaborate with developers product teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment
  
• Track defects ensure resolution and maintain test documentation
  

Required Skills:

• 9 years of experience in QA / Testing
  
• 3 years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing
  
• Strong proficiency in QA automation using Karate and Selenium
  
• Experience testing Salesforce custom applications Lightning components and Apex code
  
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce testing and validation
  
• Demonstrated expertise in accessibility testing
  
• Strong knowledge of security testing methodologies and best practices
  
• Experience with API testing and RESTful services
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
