Our Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale team is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing this role you will connect with guests understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the purchase process. Youll help customers select the right vehicle demonstrate features assist with financing options and ensure a smooth delivery experience while building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet showroom guests and learn about their vehicle needs preferences and budget
- Recommend vehicles that best fit each customers lifestyle and requirements
- Demonstrate vehicle features technology and performance during test drives
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred. Automotive experience not required.
- Friendly professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong negotiation problem-solving and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and dealership software systems
- Valid Arizona drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check anddrug screening
