Location: Remote Some Travel
Travel: 10-20% to DC

We are looking for a functional lead with deep experience in Oracle payroll costing / accounting (US payroll) who can help retire the legacy custom costing process and configure standard payroll-to-GL costing. This is a hands-on functional role
- Multiple Oracle Cloud payroll implementations with a focus on payroll costing / accounting (US payroll).
- Hands-on experience configuring standard Oracle payroll-to-GL costing (cost allocation cost hierarchies subledger accounting) not custom-built costing processes.
- Experience helping a client retire a legacy/custom costing process in favor of standard functionality.
- Comfortable working hands-on in the system directly rather than purely advising.
- Experience working alongside or overseeing an offshore delivery team
