THE POSITION
- Handle investigations complaints and ensure policy adherence.
- Coach and mentor managers on performance management and HR processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for Union inquiries.
- Oversee performance reviews training administration and audit compliance.
- Support recruitment for talent attraction strategies and maintain staff pipelines.
- Provide HR support resolve employee queries and lead safety initiatives.
- Manage workers comp claims and HR-related systems (PageUp Deputy CHESS).
THE PERSON
- Minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience ideally in blue-collar or healthcare environments.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring managers.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field are highly desirable.
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases.
Experience within a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
