My client is a longestablished Australian FMCG organisation with deep Asian heritage. As the business continues to grow and modernise were seeking a capable and pragmatic HR Manager to strengthen people practices drive organisational development and support meaningful change.
The business is looking to hire a progressive HR leader who can operate strategically while staying close to the daytoday. Youll partner directly with the CEO and sit on the executive team helping shape culture capability and organisational direction.
Key focus areas
- Build and embed L&D leadership development and capability programs
- Support organisational development and lead change initiatives including ERP adoption
- Introduce succession planning frameworks and uplift leadership capability
- Provide handson HR support across production logistics and corporate teams
- Maintain compliance policies and HR governance in a lowcomplexity ER environment
The business is family owned with strong values longtenured employees and a highly multicultural workforce. Cultural intelligence is essential. Youll also have support from an experienced HR Assistant plus external ER support when needed.

- Experience in manufacturing FMCG or other operationally intensive environments
