Job Summary
BFA Fairfax Middle School is seeking a dynamic student-centered educator to join our Grade 5/6 team as the Team Math Teacher. This position is an opportunity for a passionate math educator to work within a collaborative middle school model that prioritizes strong relationships high expectations and engaging ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of upper elementary and middle school pedagogy including the developmental needs of young adolescents. A strong foundation in mathematics content and evidence-based math instructional practices is essential. As a member of the Grade 5/6 team the math teacher will work closely with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience for students participate in team meetings and school-wide initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture.
