Key Responsibilities
As a German Customer Service Advisor you will:

Provide customer support in German via phone email and live chat
Assist customers with product inquiries troubleshooting and account support

Manage and track customer cases to ensure timely resolution

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Build strong professional relationships with customers

Follow internal processes KPIs and service level agreements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:

Native or fluent German (C1C2)

Good level of English (B2)
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Previous experience in customer service call center or client support is a plus
