Job Summary
The Head Digital and Data & Analytics will lead the organizations digital transformation across manufacturing operations supply chain and enterprise functions. This role is responsible for leveraging data advanced analytics and Industry 4.0 technologies to improve productivity quality cost efficiency and decision-making across plants and corporate functions
EducationBachelors in IT / CS/ Engineering
RoleDefine and execute the digital manufacturing roadmap (smart factories connected plants connected supply chain etc)
Lead Digital initiatives (e.g. IoT Digitization Automation digital twins)
Drive adoption of paperless manufacturing and real
Develop analytics use cases for
Enable real-time dashboards and alerts including for Shopfloor
Use advanced analytics and AI/ML for production planning and demand forecasting
Build and lead teams across:
Data engineering
Data science
Digital manufacturing
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs (OEE downtime scrap rate)
Stakeholder management across plants and corporate leadership
Change management in traditional manufacturing environments
