Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist travelers with their inquiries through phone and email this role you will help customers manage their bookings request ticket changes or refunds and provide travel-related information while ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and email requests from customers regarding travel services
- Assist with flight reservations ticket updates cancellations and refund processes
- Provide clear information about fares schedules and travel policies
- Support passengers who require special travel arrangements or assistance
- Inform customers about travel guidelines and required documentation when necessary
- Process booking updates according to fare conditions and policies
- Keep customer records updated and ensure accurate handling of requests
- Deliver professional and courteous service in every interaction
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish with good command of English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using computers and navigating online platforms
- Strong communication listening and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive patient and solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage
- Experience in travel tourism or airline-related services is a plus
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Greece
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
- Good typing ability and basic computer navigation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards
