What You Will Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines
Maintain consistency in portioning presentation and overall quality
Set up and fully stock your assigned station before service
Execute tickets efficiently while maintaining food quality standards
Monitor cook times and ticket flow to keep service running smoothly
Ensure proper food holding temperatures and full food safety compliance
Maintain a clean organized station throughout your shift and complete thorough breakdown at close
Communicate inventory or prep needs to the Kitchen Manager
Collaborate closely with Expo and Front of House to ensure seamless service
Youll Know Youre a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
1 year of line cook experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
A solid understanding of food safety standards
The ability to multitask in a high-volume fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency
A team-first mindset with clear professional communication
The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
