Associate Account Manager - Your future position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Account Manager to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a customer-focused mindset and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This position will based in Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking prospecting and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closing deals and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing customer service technical team) to align strategies and meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer insights to support business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline updates and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Uphold company values and ensure compliance with pricing and ethical sales practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented self-motivated and resilient under pressure.
