Job Summary
Job Description: Online Chat Representative at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide information about hemp-based CBD products offered by Extract Wellness
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers in placing orders and provide guidance on product selection
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and support customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help and support others
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Basic knowledge of hemp-based CBD products or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
