Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone email and chat to provide product information resolve issues and answer queries related to hemp-based CBD products
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote new products and offers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Prior experience in a virtual customer service role preferred
