We are seeking an experienced Associate Relations Manager to serve as a key point of contact for associate relations issues within our organization. The purpose of this role is to handle inquiries mitigate risks and resolve issues fairly and objectively ensuring alignment with our Five Principles. You will be instrumental in building trust ensuring labor law compliance and proactivelyidentifyinginsights to foster a positive and productive workplace.
Whatwill beyour key responsibilities
Ensure associate and business advocacy; lead grievance and disciplinary processes in line with Mars guidelines to build a fair trustworthy and inclusive workplace.
Evaluate and manage Associate Relations questions concerns and issues escalated from client groups.
Coach andadviseP&O Business Partners(HR BP) Leadership Teams line managers and associates on Associate Relationsmatters.
Make recommendations to improve policies practices and procedures for better consistency and effectiveness.
Deliver Associate Relations capability-building programs for line managers and leadership teams.
Partner with and coach line managers on the performance management process and documentation.
Review and recommendthe nextstepsregardingseparations severance options and transitionassistance.
Perform thorough associate relations investigations and prepare recommendations based on findings.
Identifyassociate relations trends and partner with the Associate Relations Lead onappropriate actions.
Ensureaccurateandtimelycase management using the ServiceNow system.
Drive regional projects within the field of Associate Relations.
What are we looking for
A university degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources Labor/Industrial Relations or a Legal field.
Five or more years of experience working in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
Deep knowledge of applicable Polish employment and labor relations regulations.
Strong communication written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in both Polish and English.
Strong analytical problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Proven ability to handle andmaintainconfidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while managing competing projects.
Willingness to travel up to15% of the time.
