PL Jr. Project Manager (Residential Developer)

For our Client a growing residential real estate developer with international backing and an expanding portfolio in Poland we are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of residential projects on the developers side coordinating the full investment process and ensuring alignment between construction and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full investment process on the developers side across all stages (preparation execution handover).
  
• Represent the developer in front of public authorities utilities financial institutions and other external stakeholders involved in the investment process.
  
• Cooperate with and oversee general contractors designers and consultants to ensure project timelines quality and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  
• Monitor project progress budget risks and key milestones ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Support and coordinate permitting processes project documentation and administrative procedures in cooperation with legal advisors.
  
• Organize and participate in project and coordination meetings ensuring proper communication between all stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate handover processes and supervise defect resolution with contractors and other responsible parties.
  
• Coordinate preparation and circulation of project-related documentation including agreements resolutions and Powers of Attorney (POAs).
  
• Support financial processes including budget tracking cash flow coordination bank reporting and monitoring of loan-related obligations.
  
• Act as the technical interface to Sales & Marketing ensuring alignment between project delivery and commercial strategy by safeguarding feasibility compliance and timelines of what is sold while incorporating client and market feedback into product optimization and future development decisions.
  
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports covering project progress budget performance risks and key milestones.
  
• Assist in and coordinate any additional tasks related to the investment process as required to support successful project delivery.
  

• 25 years of experience in residential development construction or project management on the developer general contractor or consultancy side.
  
• Good understanding of the residential development process (design permitting construction handover).
  
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders (contractors designers consultants authorities).
  
• Basic knowledge of construction law administrative procedures and project documentation.
  
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Native Polish and fluent English.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
