Job Summary

Our client is a real estate company specialising in property management investment and development within both the residential and commercial property sectors.

What you will be doing:

Perform general building maintenance including minor repairs geyser thermostat replacements and light fixture installations.
Handle a wide range of handyman tasks with precision and efficiency.
Safely work at heights when required.
Install signage disclaimers and window coverings as directed.
Identify report and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Execute instructions from Directors and departmental managers.
Oversee on-site security and cleaning teams ensuring adherence to professional standards.
Maintain a clean orderly and safe environment within all managed properties.
Communicate effectively with tenants and address their maintenance concerns.
Remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure or urgent situations.
