Job Summary

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: BGC Taguig
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in executing HR initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role will work closely with line managers to address employee concerns drive engagement and support overall business objectives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned departments
Support employee relations by addressing concerns grievances and disciplinary cases
Assist in implementing performance management processes (evaluations coaching and feedback)
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring requirements and onboarding support
Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
Assist in HR reporting and tracking of basic metrics (attrition attendance etc.)
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field
24 years of HR experience preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
Experience in fintech banking lending or financial services industry is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting operations sales or collections teams
Exposure to employee engagement or HR analytics
HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is a plus

Working Conditions:

Work Setup: 5 days onsite per week
Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
5 FTE needed (The role will be assigned to North Luzon South Luzon Central Luzon Visayas and Mindanao)
