Prime Video International is seeking a Marketing Production Manager to help produce key marketing materials and manage 360 marketing campaign production and delivery for our TV show and Movie content. This position will ensure that each element of a TV show or movie launch marketing campaign is completed on time and on budget in the most effective and efficient manner possible. A self-starter who is able to prioritise and deliver on multiple deadlines with a track record of driving results.
Key job responsibilities
Leading the end-to-end production lifecycle and execution of high-impact TV and Film marketing campaigns globally from creative development through to post-production and campaign delivery.
Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow timelines resources and budgets.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements obtain approvals and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets as per the production plan.
Global localisation and trafficking of key promotional materials including key art online & offline video OOH print social display plus owned & operated channel requirements (e.g. key art box art trailers)
Ensure appropriate processes procedures and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues.
Consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress relevant delays or issues and budget or timing implications.
Proactively recognize cross-functional bottlenecks challenges and workflow constraints and providing operational solutions.
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- 5 years of experience in a production-based role managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (TV digital/social OOH and print)
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale global or multi-territory marketing campaigns
- Experience working within or alongside cross-functional marketing and creative teams to deliver campaign assets on time and on budget
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning broadcast digital and social channels
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency network streaming service or entertainment studio
- Experience in production and post-production workflows including localisation and trafficking of promotional materials (key art trailers box art display and social)
- Experience managing campaign budgets including forecasting tracking and reporting on spend
- Experience in the entertainment industry (Film/TV/Streaming) with an understanding of the content marketing lifecycle from greenlight to launch
