Job Summary
The Procurement & Facilities Manager leads the Procurement and Facilities functions ensuring effective supplier management contract negotiations and reliable infrastructure and operational support across the organization.
This role is responsible for strategic sourcing supplier performance and facilities operations driving operational excellence cost efficiency safety and highquality services aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
- Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead supplier selection qualification risk assessment and negotiations.
- Manage contracts SLAs costs and supplier performance (KPIs and quality metrics).
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
Facilities
- Oversee facilities operations including infrastructure maintenance and general services.
- Manage vendors and service providers ensuring efficiency quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulatory and internal standards.
- Drive budget control operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Strong expertise in negotiation contracts cost management and supplier relationships.
- Solid experience in Procurement / Supply Chain.
- Experience in facilities or corporate infrastructure is a plus.
- Background in large or multinational organizations preferred.
