Job Summary
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for the team of Support Specialists and
- Manages and participates in the studio equipment build process resource planning and managing projects;
- Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works;
- Ensures uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment;
- Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment tools and materials required for R&D builds and maintenance;
- Participates in R&D and solution design process;
- Participates in new employees selection and training;
- Provides required reports.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in team management;
- Experience in managing vendors;
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Maths Engineering IT or Management);
- C1 (advanced user) level of English;
- Project management and planning skills;
- Good judgement logical thinker and detail oriented;
- Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment will be considered an advantage.
