The Project Manager leads complex projects endtoend ensuring delivery against scope schedule budget quality and business objectives while driving crossfunctional alignment and PMIbased governance.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large complex projects from initiation through closure ensuring delivery on scope schedule cost quality and financial targets;
- Define project scope objectives timelines deliverables resource plans and financial baselines aligned with business strategy;
- Develop and manage detailed project plans budgets forecasts risks and status reporting;
- Own project financial performance including cost control margin protection and P&L impact;
- Manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams ensuring collaboration accountability and performance;
- Establish project governance monitor KPIs and communicate status risks financial performance and decisions to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering;
- PMI certification required (PMP strongly preferred);;
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects in dynamic environments;
- Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies project lifecycle management and governance practices;
- Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera Jira Smartsheet);
- Strong financial acumen with mandatory hands-on experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L);
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Availability to work on-site in Campinas/SP and availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
