2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet and were kicking it off with something huge: a brand-new Grilld Restaurant in Monash Uni!
Were looking for Experienced Team Members to be part of the launch team who are ready to step up lead by example and help set the tone for an epic new chapter in Grilld history. If you have previous QSR/hospitality experience thrive in fast-paced environments love working as a team and know how to deliver consistent high-quality guest experiences this is your opportunity to make your mark from day one.

Your Role as an Experienced Team Member
- Lead from the front & take ownership of key stations (grill dress bench floor or till)
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support and mentor newer team members
- Keep shifts running smoothly especially during peak service

As part of the process youll complete a quick online assessment its a combo of fun game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once youre done youll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted throughout March for an interview.
