Job Summary

In this role you will:

  • Lead a claims portfolio that delivers fair timely outcomes while balancing customer care returntohealth and sustainable claims costs.
  • Create consistently positive customer experiences by resolving escalations and using insights to lift service quality.
  • Champion strong risk compliance and ethical decisionmaking to protect customers TAL and community trust.
  • Develop a highperforming team by building capability confidence and accountability through clear leadership and coaching.
  • Enable effective claim decisions by supporting complex matters and providing expert guidance beyond delegated authority.
  • Drive continuous improvement by embedding better ways of working that strengthen claims quality efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications :

  • Bring handson experience in claims or insurance leadership with the confidence to guide teams through complex decisions.
  • Apply a solid understanding of life insurance claims practices to deliver fair consistent and customerfocused outcomes.
  • Lead daytoday operations with clarity using sound judgement to manage workloads priorities and performance.
  • Communicate clearly and authentically building trust through thoughtful conversations and engaging presentations.
  • Navigate the Life Insurance Code of Practice with confidence ensuring customers are treated with care and fairness.
  • Show a genuine commitment to learning and growth supported by relevant qualifications or a willingness to continue developing.
