- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the luxury and travel trade segment to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead mentor and manage a sales team fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous professional development
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients travel agencies tour operators and corporate partners in the luxury segment
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer insights to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Oversee sales operations including pipeline management deal closure and contract negotiations with major accounts
- Monitor and optimize sales performance metrics preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing operations and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional campaigns and client deliverables
- Represent the organization at industry events trade shows and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales activities
- Identify training needs within the sales team and implement programs to enhance skill sets and product knowledge
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the luxury and travel trade industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams with demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong expertise in strategic sales planning business development and market analysis
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with experience managing high-value accounts
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities and budget allocation
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of luxury travel market dynamics pricing strategies and customer segmentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced target-driven environment
